The Siemens T1000 is a fully electronic teleprinter with a daisy wheel
printing mechanism.

Normally it is switchable between 50, 75 and 100 bauds. Local mode
normally 100 bauds.

To change it to 45 bauds you need to change the main clock quartz to
another value.
