[GreenKeys] Oddball 28?

Hi to all,

My new love is already becoming a pain!, everything I
have learned about 28's over the years don't add up,
broken and/or missing parts aside, the LESU is a type
30, it has 2 TD's, now here's the strange part, the
inboard one appears to have a parallel output, inboard
TD marked LX3, outboard is a LXD4, could this machine
been used to punch cards? (I found a small sliver of a
card in the bottom, looks 5 level, not IBM for sure).

Also this machine has a 3/4 inch cable terminated with
a large Winchester connector (75 pin), any help?
