[GreenKeys] Need help identifying an interface

Some time back I picked up a piece of "rtty" gear on ebay. It is actually a
TOR interface of some type as the 2716 eprom is labeled "TOR Mk 2".

Would anyone have any information on this item and where it might have
appeared in print (if it did)? It used a 6800 series cpu. Needless to say
there was no documentation and not all jacks are labeled but this is what is
known:
The front panel has four push-button switches, labeled BR, BA, BB, and BC.
Underneath those are two toggle switches labeled SP and LC. The top row
of small LEDs is labeled CO, TL, ER, RQ, and TC, while the bottom row is
labeled ID, CH, PH, SB, and EN. The toggle switch on the far right is
labeled PWR, and the larger LED above it comes on when the power is switched
on.

The back panel has a grounding terminal next to the fuseholder. On the
right is a four pin connector (purpose unknown) with 3 pins hooked up and
one is 12v coming from the regulator and one pin also going to the RO RCA
jack. Under that is a single RCA phono jack, unlabeled. Under that are
three more phono jacks, labeled FI, (no label), and RO. The BNC connector
is labeled 1024 KHZ.

On the plug-in perf board inside are three rows of IC's. The top row of
IC's is B2716 (with a paper label on it that says TOR MKII), HM6116LP-3, two
555's, and 74LS10N . The middle row is SN74LS138N, HD74LS00P, HEF4020BP,
and SN7404N. The bottom row is HD46802P / HD6802P, 6821, and DM8842N /
QM7442P5.

I am sure that is probably a lot of superfulous info but if anyone
recognizes it I would appreciate a heads up.

Thank you.
