Byron,

George Hutchison, W7TTY is the only person who has made a substitute
print hammer for a reperforator. The difficulty as I recall is making
the square hole in the center of the Delrin.

Jim Swanberg, aka the Riceguy, found a company willing to make both
the 32, 33, and 38 print hammers and the 28, 35, and 37 reperf hammers.
but the up front $600. tooling cost was too high for us. Three of us
came up with $100. each but it was obviously not enough.

By the way I met George Dean the other day who is a long time RTTY
fellow. He was not aware of ITTY nor GREENKEYS.

He told me about a Mini-ASR (an ASR without the tape reader) that he
once owned that was built for Extended Binary Coded Decimal
Interchange Code (EBCDIC)
I am trying to remember if this would be a Model 29 or Model 34.
Perhaps Jim Haynes remembers...

73,

Don
K9TTY
