[GreenKeys] KSR28 question

Firmly believing that there are no stupid questions, I throw myself on =
the
mercy of the group -=20

I picked up a beautiful KSR-28 last weekend. It seems to run well and
responds to Local LF and Local CR but I can't figure out how to run in =
local
mode. I can't find a line/local switch as on the 33 or a LOCAL key as on =
the
35 but I'm sure there is a way to run local. Just can't find it ...

HELP!
