[GreenKeys] VISTA

I carefully evaluated this last year. I am a heavy Photoshop user so the Mac
would be ideal for me. I was willing to accept the $700 higher cost for an
equivalent hardware platform. But the problem was that none of my software
licenses could be transferred for Photoshop and all the proprietary plug-ins
and other tools I use. If Apple was as smart as they think they are, they
would work with the SW makers to ensure that licenses transfer at no cost.
I see that Mac usage is up to 6% of the PC market. I bet Vista is
responsible for a fair share of that growth. The April issue of Wired
Magazine had a killer article on Apple. In general for $10 a year, everyone
on Earth should read Wired. At least twice a year they produce an issue that
is pure platinum from cover to cover. April was one such issue.

I switched to MAC and I will never go back to PC.
