[GreenKeys] DSRTTY-win query

Can anyone give me a run down on HAL's DSRTTY-win program?  It's been out for a long time but does anyone know if it will run fine on XP or the Virgin-Vista ??

I'm looking for a serial port RTTY program which can receive text but recognized either a routing indicator or a start/stop message indicator.  Program needs to run fully on XP but eventually be useable on Vintage-Vista.
