Thanks for sharing Frank,
I do not remember who donated the iron horse with the cover. We
received a couple of them from a retired professor from San Diego
State University.
Interestingly the university is now the owner of all of the
equipment. I have more for the collection here but I have no idea
when they will be ready to accept it.

And if I am not mistaken, I'm the guy who donated perferator and
the cover. Too bad I didn't hang on to the table too. It had a chad
box, and a shelf under the top where a large rectifier lurked and
produced the 130v (+/-) DC via a large transformer and copper oxide
bridge rectifier etc. The power cable was very short since it was made
to plug into an outlet in the top of the table. A good Operator could
really make a pile of chads in a short time with one of these. A
Teletype keyboard (15 or 28) was a clumsy thing to type on, and was
limited by the speed of the machine. The perforator keyboard was simple
and limited only by the speed of th Op's fingers. Had a lot easier touch
too. The bad part is that there is no interlock between keys. You can
depress several at once which results in loosing holes. If you press
enough keys, it will punch a BLANK. (advance tape and not punch at all I
guess is a better way to put it).
Interesting that the photos on e-bay were deleted from the page.
Hmmm.
