[GreenKeys] Old vacuum tubes

My father -- an old ham -- has been trying to clean up his basement.
Knowing that he has many vacuum tubes, I told him that he should
inventory them.  He has done so.  If anyone's interested in an
inventory of 260 tubes, of all sorts from common to rare, he sent
me a spreadsheet.  He's trying to figure out what to do with them.
