[GreenKeys] M14 reperf

Hi folks:

Thanks to all who helped me get ready yesterday -- my cub scouts had a lot 
of fun using the M15, M14 reperf, and 28TD.  The got to take home some 
printouts and chadless tapes.

I have a question on the M14 reperf:  it seems to type just fine when I 
send full-speed data to it from the computer, but when typing from the 
keyboard, the type bars seem very sluggish, sometimes striking the paper 
and sometimes barely moving at all.  Any ideas on why it would work fine at 
full-speed but not with individual key presses?
