Greetings Greenkeyers,

This gentleman has a 19 set and a 28 along with many parts and manuals that
he wants to find a good home for. Respond directly to either email address or
his cell-phone. He is not on Grenkeys site. _peter.a.johnson at snet.net_

Thanks,

His email to me follows:

Hi,

Thanks for responding to my questions. I am not too far from you (N.E. CT).

My father worked for the Bell System for over 40 years. In the last decade
of employment he worked mostly on teletype machines. I used both of these
machines almost every day in the late seventies then put them into storage. I
plugged the 28 in the other day and it appears to be in excellent working order,
perferator and reader too. My father collected a lot of parts and manuals. A
museum in Hartford offered to take everything but they are suffering from
overload and lack of resources to do anything with the units and parts.

I made a modem which hooks up to any shortwave receiver speaker output and
connects to the teletype for receiving weather reports (wx head required).

I need to unload this stuff fairly soon as I have no way to store it more
than a month or two at most (at considerable cost). At this point I am just
trying to recoup storage expenses. What I can't get rid of goes in the dump.

I look forward to any info from you to find a home for this stuff.

Again, thanks.
