[GreenKeys] Looking for a stand-alone Loop Power Supply

Hi Greenkeys,

I am looking for a stand-alone Loop Power Supply that can convert
RS-232 or MIL-188-114 signals into high voltage current loop signals.
I would also like it to have a motor relay with auto-start
functionality.  Commercially on the web I found the HAL Comm. sells
the LP1200A which fits the bill perfectly.  I did e-Mail HAL to see if
they had or could part with an old demo or other such type units unit
at low cost, but I had no reply.  But I did not expect one either.  I
know they just deal with commercial entities and in large quantities
of units.  I have not seen anything like this show up under eBay or
found any kits that I could build.  I do not have many tools so
building a chassis for a kit board would be a problem.
