[GreenKeys] odd M32 keyboard

Teletype used to present such items at retirements and so on. I have
a 28 typebox with a person's name and message that says "from your
Teletype friends". It's mounted on a clear lucite base with the
Teletype "T" symbol on it and a pen holder. 
What's interesting is that the pallets are right-side
up, meaning they can be read by looking at the pallets. Of course,
on a TTY the pallets would be reversed.  Thanks to Tom Kleinschmidt
for the Teletype momento. I'm sure Professor Haynes can
enlighten us all.
I would assume the "32" keyboard doesn't have any of the mechanical
or electrical parts on it.
