[GreenKeys] Strange RTTY Signal on 29.684

A continuous-running FSK signal that sounds generally similar to to your 
description is audible here on the Space Coast of Florida.  It's just above 
29.7 MHz, however, though I don't recall the exact frequency.  It appears to 
originate around the Air Force station at Cape Canaveral.  I recall it was 
relatively narrow shift, below 200 or so, with baud rate in the 80s, and 
appeared encrypted.  I'll check to see if it's still there and determine the 
particulars.  No chance anyone will be able to decode anything, but it would 
be interesting to see if the two signals are the same kind of system. 
Perhaps you can measure shift, baud rate, and get a DF steer on your sig?
