[GreenKeys] Repeat request

Actually it depends upon how the particular list is set up.  Some of the 
lists here on QTH.NET send to the list with Reply and to the list and poster with 
Reply All.  Some (as Greenkeys now is) are reversed.  And a couple send one 
copy to the list with Reply and two copies with Reply All (maybe the server 
traps the dupe, but on those lists if you hit Reply All and look at the outgoing 
address field before hitting the Send button you will see the list address is 
there twice).
