What would be wrong with using a 50/50 mix of Marvel Mystery Oil and
motor oil on a tty?  (take your pick, 30wt, or that thinner-than-water
5w-30 thats specified for both my fast little import, and the old '93
Exploder)

I use this with great success on lots of stuff, and if I find I need
something thicker, I mix some of this into a glob of white lithium.
I've heard on good authority that such a recipe goes a very long way
in greatly deferring the lithium's eventual metamorphosis into glue.
