[GreenKeys] Looking for a stand-alone Loop Power Supply

Just feed the audio output of the st-8000 into the inputs of the st-6
and plug the teletype into the st-6. Volia, it works like a charm.
ST-8000 massages the incoming signal, feeds it into the st-6 which
turns on the teletype and prints through it. Everyone is doing it.

Its either that, or build your own loop supply, the st-6 idea is fast,
cheap, and works very well.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I realize the cost of such a unit. I
guess the government can aford it and it's probably build to Mil-Spec
standards. Worth a shot though.

Sounds like the consensus to go the ST-6* era route is what I need to
do. I will go seek that out. I did get my hands on a ST-8000 surplus
unit and I was looking into interfacing that output into the loop
supply with auto-start. Probably a mistake on my part.

Best Regards,
