[GreenKeys] Papper Rolls

I recently bought some via Amazon.com.  Just go there and search for
"teletype paper".  I went with a vendor called Endless Variety.  The rolls
were $6 plus shipping - 4 rolls plus shipping totalled about $34.  It was
really fast shipping - ordered Monday PM and received Wednesday.

I did that just for expediency, but was pleased with the results.  It will
be interesting to know what other sources exist.
