[GreenKeys] PDP 8 wiring

Thanks to all who got back to me on the PDP 8 to 33 ASR wiring.  I have some 
info, but not sure its correct.  The ambiguity of the plug and wire colors is 
a problem.  Unfortunately, I cannot download some of the large files on my 
dial up connection.  
 
Special thanks to David, O and Charles.  Hope I didnt leave anybody out.
