[GreenKeys] PDP 8 wiring

Anyone have a simple wiring diagram for connecting a 33 ASR Teletype to a PDP 
8 computer?  I have the 6 wire cable with the flat molex connector that goes 
to the computer.  The other end is just 6 wires.  Need to know what wire goes 
to where on the 33.  4 of them go to the 33's send and receive and 2 go to the 
reader control card, but have no idea which.
