No - I don't think anything apart from the front end site design has
changed.  Open https://www.logsa.army.mil and then select the "TEXT  
VERSION
(Site's First Level)" option.  On the new browser window that opens  
you pick
"ETMs online", which is the first thing on the right hand menu bar.   
That
opens the regular disclaimer window that users of the Logsa site know  
and
love.

So no back doors needed.  Just don't open the Enter Flash Site option  
on the
home page - unless you have fast broadband and patience.
