[GreenKeys] Cranky Model 15

Howdy Folks,

I have one, of two, RCA Model 15's that is acting up.  When fed with a 66 
WPM TD, one machine copies perfectly and the other has become erratic on 
copy.

I re-cleaned and lubricated all the 5 horizontal veins, five 90 deg. 
actuator arms toggled by the horizontal veins and find that the five coded 
semi-circular code bars are all moving very freely.

The range finder was set in the middle of the R-Y's upper and lower out of 
range settings.  Works best around 70 however, not in the middle.

The machines prints for a while thence goes to upper case on some Y's and 
fails simply to print E, N, Y and Q consistantly once the misprinting 
starts.

Any advice on where to find this problem would be appreciated.
