In case you ever wondered, here are the differences between these three Navy
AFSK RTTY converters:

AN/URA-8 - manuf by RCA, June 1947 contract NObsr 39421
    manual is NAVSHIPS 91339
    contains 2 ea. CV-60/URR converters and 1 ea. CM-14/URR diversity
comparator
    CV-60 has scope on right-hand side (looks like a CV-57 or CV-71)
    identical to URA-6 (455kc If input) and URA-7 (50kc IF input) , except
URA-8 has audio input
    URA-8 is electrically and mechanically interchangeable with URA-8A and
URA-8B)

AN/URA-8A - manuf by Hoffman, Oct 1947 contract NObsr 42027
    manual is NAVSHIPS 91278
    contains 2 ea. CV-89/URA-8A converters and 1 ea. CM-22/URA-8A diversity
comparator
    CV-89 has scope in the center (front panel looks identical to CV-89A)
    CV-89 and CM-22 do not have blowers on rear, otherwise URA-8A is
identical to URA-8B

AN/URA-8B - manuf by Hoffman and National, Feb 1951 contracts NObsr 52069
and NObsr 64205,
    manual is NAVSHIPS 91490
    contains 2 ea. CV-89A/URA-8A converters and 1 ea. CM-22A/URA-8A
diversity comparator
    CV-89A has scope in the center (front panel looks identical to CV-89)
    CV-89A and CM-22A have blowers on the rear, otherwise URA-8B is
identical to URA-8A

I now have URA-8A and URA-8B manuals
- I'm still looking for the URA-8 manual (NAVSHIPS 91339) if anyone has a
copy I can buy or copy.
Also looking for CV-60, CV-71, CM-14, and CM-22 (or CM-22A).
Also looking for rack mount gussets and cabinets for URA-6/7/8 and URA-8A/8B
(MT-719)
