Hi:

Jerry Proc has a photo of the SIGINT station Alert. NWT taken in
1978 and would like to confirm that the machines are ASR28 and KW-26.

I'd like to know what the HP 400 series meter on the left is an how it was 
used?  Does the cartoon say "A Man Smiling"?
