[GreenKeys] itty broken?

The local all news station in Philadelphia (KYW) still has the TTY 
background.  (Actually, I should listen to verify that.  It's so 
"subliminal" that you don't notice it unless you listen for it.)  I know it 
was there the last time I listened.
