For printing and retaining overstrike have you tried the old dos command
(prints to default LPT1)?

	 print c:\myfilename.txt 

What is desired is an application that does not interpret and expand <CR>
and <LF> characters to the <CR><LF> sequence.  

Years ago I wrote RTTYArt, it captures text received in BAUDOT or ASCII mode
from a serial port (COM1-COM4) and allows you to save it to a text file
while retaining the original <CR> and <LF>  sequence with overstrike.  It
does not print to LPT1, but COM1 thru COM4 in either ASCII or BAUDOT.
