[GreenKeys] Model 15 Print Problem

Thanks to a couple of off-list responses I got pointed in the right 
direction with my 15 RO.  I was pointed to the print bail tension 
adjustment, which was not the problem.  It appeared to be a lubrication 
problem, but not in just one place.  Operating the print bail by hand I 
found the mechanism to be very, nay extremely, sticky.  Watching what moved 
where I applied oil on any/all pivot points and let it flow in and 
exercised it with the ITTY feed and slowly it started printing again.

I need to pull out the appropriate lube/adjust manual and do a proper oil & 
lube on it, but ofr now it is printing again.
