[GreenKeys] M28 tech. manual needed

Does anyone have Vol. 2 of the Tech. Manual for the 28ASR?  It is Bulletin
270B, Navships 93788, 31W4-4-5-172.  Or, perhaps there is an equivalent
non-Navy publication.
