That particular one looks more like a TTY 4410.  Its got 25 pin EIA  
ports on
the back and a modular jack for the keyboard.  The Model 56D I have  
is similar
but does not have the 25 pin EIA ports.  Also, it has a Model 40  
video screen
(page display on its side) where the one listed has a 80/132 x 25  
style display.
