Guam has cell phones????   WOW!  I guess things have progressed a bit 
there since we left there Dec. 1975...  Back then we felt lucky if the 
phones (land lines) worked half the time - and Piti Power Plant worked 
most of the time - until a storm came through...

Then again - I heard the other day they now have more than one traffic 
light... So I guess cell phones shouldn't be a surprise!
