Several years ago, after a particularly annoying visit I was
standing by the counter where a sales rep was explaing about how
great the cellphone plan was (I think by now you all know the story).
The sales rep had the guy hooked and was reeling him in.

I casually mentioned: "did you tell him that NOT ONLY is it
10-cents a minute - so that the average call is going to cost
him about 80-cents to a dollar - but he is also charged that same
rate when HE RECEIVES a call - unlike at home where your phonecall
is FREE when someone calls you!"...

The sales rep looked at the guy. The guys mouth dropped like a rock!
