If anyone on the list is interested, the CommCenter at yahoogroups.com
list is up and running. Primarily intended for, and of interest to, former
military CommCenter types who used to earn their bread by working
in teletype stations while in the military. This incudes tape relay centers,
terminal stations, maintenance types, crypto techs, technical controllers,
"tape apes", and message handlers in the military environment. If you
were in the US Army, and held MOS 72B, 72E, 72F, 72G or Warrant
Officer MOS 721A -- then this is your list. Not a ham radio list. List
intended primarily to discuss history of military commcenters from the
1940s onward, on a technical level. Other than Army service is ok, as
are non-USA, military commcenter folks. Bring your old Routing
Indicators, Q and Z signals, memories and photos to share.....
