[GreenKeys] off-topic: windows ballon messages

   Hi folks:
   This  is  way  off-topic,  but  does  anyone  know  how  to  turn  off
   ballon messages in winblows XP?
   Every  time  I  open  my  laptop, I get messages from the icons in the
   lower  right  side  of  the  task  bar  thingy.  I am getting tired of
   closing messages telling that the network is connected, and now that I
   added  an  ethernet  printer I get messages from it too.  Not just one
   either,  it  seems  like I have to close two or three of the same ones
   before it shuts up.
   Any ideas?
