Steve,

The R-2368/URR is a Navy version of the Harris RF-590 Receiver: DC (almost
) to 30 MHz.  Designed about 1980 as a replacement for the R-390A.  A very
good receiver; I wouldn't mind having one.

At least find out the nomenclature of the TTYs, so we know what you have. 
I would guess a military version of the M28KSR, but might be something
newer.
