[GreenKeys] KSM Available on Skype

KSM will be available via Skype today (Saturday 9/1) as a test to see if this technology will help communications for those listening for our signals.

Internet access at the station is by dial up and sometimes things get pretty busy.  So please accept my apology if we are not always on line or if your message is not immediately answered.

If this test shows that Skype is useful and can be managed within the workload at the station it may be continued during future days of operation.
