[GreenKeys] M14 tape tension lever needed

OK, I figured that there must have been some good reason for the name, just
wasn't obvious in the serial-data world!  I am familiar with the
parallel-data machines; the AWA museum has a Kleinschmidt Electric Co.
version of the 21-A.
