LO is 10750GHz for Ku-band, and 5150GHz for C-band.
The IF is 950MHz for C-band, and 1450MHz for Ku-band.
There's a photo with the Ku-band numbers at:

The C-band numbers are at:

I had a problem with my Motorola 4DTV DSR-920 receiver
a couple of years ago. Sounded like Sputnik was overhead
all the time- a steady beep-beep-beep. I didn't realize I
had the cause in my house! It could be heard on 6M at
50.130 for about a mile away! Never strong enough to
move the signal meter of my radio, it was more an
annoyance than anything else. I discovered it went away
when I unplugged the receiver for maintenance one day.
Best of luck, -Web (Ethnic Satellite Service, Myrtle Beach, SC)
