I discovered a place that has lots of manuals:

It appears that these manuals were put up this last May/June and I did not 
know about them till now.  It appears that "Eugene Hertz" 
<eugene at hertzmail.com> who has posted to this list owns the site.

There is a fine reference list of Teletype Corp Bulletins (INDEX.TXT), and 
manuals for many of the machines we own/use.

The Model 15 manuals are at:
http://www.hertzmail.com/TTY/TeletypeManuals/Model15/
and include Principles of Operation, Adjustments, and schematics (one of 
the shcematic links returns only an image of the link.)  I think the Parts 
bulletin is there, too.
