[GreenKeys] KSM Testing 8Mc RTTY

As of 2230Z 10/13 KSM is testing its newly restored RTTY transmitter on 8433.0kc using Baudot and FEC.  Transmissions are in parallel with 12.631kc.  Reception reports would be appreciated.  Transmissions will continue until about 0000Z.

Apologies for the short notice.  We just finished assembling the 8Mc transmitter.  If all goes well today both 8Mc and 12Mc will be on the air each Saturday.
