[GreenKeys] Cleaning with solvent

When I clean teleprinter equipment with solvent (or anything that can
rust for that matter that won't get painted) I have always mixed a
little oil in with the final solvent application to be sure
everything ends up with a very thin coat. My thinking is that any
parts/material allergic to oil would not be in a teleprinter.

I would guess there would be a little old oil left in the cleaning
solution but depending on the amount of solvent or if several changes
of solvent were used it might be very little to none.

After drying, I wipe the platen, clean any contacts and go through
the normal oiling procedure.
