Information Pleeze,

I have a CV-483 from eBay.  Good scope presentation and lites are all 
working (one neon).

The output is my mystery.  Is it supposed to key 130 VDC to the magnets or 
does it supply the keyed 130 VDC?

I put RTTY from W1AW into the input and got the scope responding.  The 
output connection shows no resistance and no voltage.  Is it possible that 
the 130 VDC, if supplied from an outside source, needs to be there to be 
keyed?

Any manuals out there available?  Advice is muchly appreciated.
