[GreenKeys] Model 19 - Questions and Part Request

The US Navy Model 19s and some other military applications had the character counter on the left in 
front of the perforator to save space.  This configuration was in the minority.  Most 19 sets had the 
counter on the right as this is where a normal typist is looking at their copy.
