Hi,
I have two Model 19 machines that are slightly different and I wonder if anyone knows why.

My old 19 (I've had it for over 30 years) has the reperferator counter to the left of the keyboard covered by a housing that is part of the entire reperf cover bolted to the printer cover. I just got another Model 19 a couple of weeks ago and this one has the reperf counter on the right side of the keyboard mounted on an arm that is attached to the keyboard frame

Also, this second Model 19 has shockmounts bolted to the table with two metal "skid plates" that the printer-keyboard-base sets on. It looks original but I've never seen shockmounts on a teletype table before. One thing the shockmounting does is quiets down the whole operation of the machine

I guess my questions are....has anyone seen shockmounts used on Model 19s? Is the Model 19 with the reperf counter on the right a non-military machine while the machine with the reperf counter integrated into the housing on the left is military? Or, is it an age difference?

Does anyone have a spare paper tape diverter? It's the little stamped sheet metal part that mounts on the reperf cover that diverts the paper tape 90 degrees into the reperferator. This new Model 19 is missing that part

Thanks for any help.
