INTERNET ISSUE ALERT

Currently National level Internet traffic carriers are
experiencing regional routing difficulties.  Some of the
carriers experiencing problems known to DLS are Cogent, Level
3, and Broadwing.  We also have reports of slow loading
through Comcast.  Please be advised that an accurate report of
involved carriers and the extent of the issue in not fully
known to DLS operations.

This is not a DLS issue.  All DLS systems are functioning
normally.

Reaching Web Sites, email traffic and contacting VoIP numbers
residing on or routed through these national networks may be
spotty.

DLS operations personnel are working with the affected
national carriers to provide alternative traffic routes to DLS
customers.
