Greenkeyers and telephone folks,

Jack's mention of a test board reminds me that I have a "13A Telephone Test 
Set" here.

The thing appears to be an AC/DC power line operated telephone line level 
and noise meter. It has a single meter and range switch. Tubes inside 
include a 25Z3 or some such.  A quick attempt at re-forming the 
electrolytic caps shows that more time is needed, and possibly no luck to 
be had at reforming some of the caps.

Anyway, does anyone have a schematic or BSP for this thing?
