I came in contact with the Model 37-KSR when I was back
on Long Island, NY - working for a small defense contractor.

I'd say the year was 1972-ish.

Yes, the 37-KSR had circuit boards. What was neat is that
you'd change setting by taking a screw out of one side of
a board and putting it into the same spot on the other side
of the board (they used the screw to connect one etch on
one side of the board to the etch on the other side of the
board. One side of the board had a plastic spacer on it, so
when you put the screw in from that side it didn't do anything
and it kept the screw from getting thrown away.

Tony j. podrasky | Oh somewhere in this favored land the sun is
                  | shining bright. The band is playing somewhere,
                  | and somewhere hearts are light. And somewhere men
                  | are laughing, and somewhere children shout - but
                  | there is no joy in Mudville - Mighty Casey has
                  | "struck out"
