Friends,

I was making these CD-ROMs containing a PDF of the AT&T Green Book  
available to you for $3.00.  Turns out I cannot do that any longer.
I was quite surprised at the post office this morning.  The way they  
charge is no longer just by weight, but also by size and thickness.
The three Greenkeyers that ordered from me were very kind and added  
some extra funds so I will not loose any money on these.

If you would like me to send you one of these CD-ROMs with the Green  
Book PDF (367 pages) on it please send at least $4.00 so I do not  
loose any money.
You can download the PDF yourself, however the file size is 53  
MegaBytes which is very large.
