Roy, and all,
The Welman program (actually Glenn E Welman, KF4NB) I was mentioning was
entitled "IBM PC RTTY Ver. 1.2G", last version I got was copyrighted in
1986. Googling this a few years ago yielded the early passing notice of Mr.
Welman. I used this years ago to handle Navy MARS traffic, but I never saw
it in any form other than DOS. Another of that era that I found evidence of
in my file cabinet is TRTY. That started with a group of Heathkit computer
users in the 80's as well. I traced that to a nice gentleman in the
Midwest, but never really got a copy of the program that works. I have a
nice AT DOS machine that still perks along on these old programs and does
what I need. Nice part is how easy it is to "patch" the 28 into the loop of
the ST-6000 any time I want!!
73,
Don, WB5HAK
