Ron,
Hal sells a windows version of their DSRTTY DOS program.  I still use the 
DSRTTY program with my ST-6000 (and 8000 when I can get it to work, hi) and 
like the simple features.  Glen Wellman made the other program you 
mentioned, something like RTTY 1.12G or something.  Unfortunately Glen went 
SK before it was upgraded to a windows environment.  There is another 
company, that gives you the DOS version and sells the Windows version.  As 
my old mind remembers that one, I'll email it too.  Check with Hal, but I 
think the DSRTTY program was around $100 if you are interested.
