Howdy Folks,

Question:  Is RTTY limited to the CW ONLY section of a band?  My 
understanding of the (old) rules is that CW was permitted anywhere but phone 
was restricted to various segments.

Is RTTY, which was always found in the CW portions of the band, permitted 
anywhere in the band as I presumed CW was?  Or is RTTY limited to the CW 
portions?

In other words if CW was permitted anywhere then is RTTY?
